The West Virginia Trucking Association (WVTA) today announced the endorsement of Judge Jim Rowe for the WV Supreme Court of Appeals.

Rowe, a Democrat from Lewisburg, is currently serving as a Circuit Court and is running for one of two seats in the Democratic Primary Election next week.  The WVTA has also endorsed Justice Robin Davis for the other seat on the court.

Jan Vineyard, President of the WV Trucking Association said,  “this Supreme Court race is a critically important election for the future of West Virginia. We feel Judge Rowe will issue the same type of fair, thoughtful and reasoned decisions for the Supreme Court that he has rendered during his 16 years as a Circuit Court Judge.“

Vineyard concluded, “ We must elect the most competent and ethical judges possible and that’s why we urge all West Virginians to support Judge Jim Rowe on Primary Election day, May 8th.“
