International Franchise Association Launches Initiative to Ensure Truck Drivers Have Access to Food
The International Franchise Association launched a new initiative to ensure that commercial truck drivers can more easily access food amid the pandemic. Commercial trucks do not fit through standard drive-thru lanes. Firehouse Subs, McDonald’s, Nathans’s Famous, Ruby Tuesday, Shoney’s, and Sonic are among the first restaurant franchises to commit to accommodating truck drivers.
